this was one of my most satisfying sales. The buyers, now friends, are both pilots. They have very high standards, which they’ve applied to Sagittaire. I look forward to seeing where their adventures take them and they’ve promised photographic evidence!
Sagittaire is a very interesting Ted Brewer-designed 48-footer. First off, it’s aluminum, which remains a great boatbuilding material. More importantly, it was built by Jespersen Boat Builders in Sydney, BC. Renowned for their quality work, Jespersen clearly put all their skills to work on this boat. The interior finish is extraordinary, and the rigging and construction are built for anything the world’s water can throw its way.
